Welcome to my world:

a space where I share my stories, experiences, and the life I live.

Hi, I'm Roza.

I live in Belek/Antalya, with my husband, our rescued dog, a cat, a few fish, and many plants that quietly shape our home.

Over the past years, I've moved through different places and experiences that shaped how I see life. I value simplicity, quiet moments, honest connections, meaningful work, and the small details that most people pass by.

A little about me

You know... I really care about the energy I bring into a place. I like when things feel calm and warm around me. I enjoy talking to people, real conversations, not just small talk. It just feels easy for me to connect and make others feel at ease.

I've always been close to nature and animals too. They kind of keep me grounded in a good way. I guess I just try to leave a nice feeling behind wherever I go.

Over time, I've worked across different roles and experiences that all share a common thread: people, creativity, and connection. I'm comfortable adapting, learning quickly, and taking on many different kinds of work when needed. This mix of curiosity, responsibility, and openness has shaped both my life and the way I approach new opportunities.

My Experiences

A summary of the work I've done
across customer experience,
hospitality, and events.

2011 to 2019 — People, Support & Product Experience

Building systems where people feel heard and supported.

For almost 8 years, I worked as Co-founder & Customer Experience Manager at Ponisha.

I built and managed customer support systems, trained teams, improved service processes, and helped shape how users and the platform communicated with each other.

My focus was always on making complex systems feel simple and human. I worked closely with teams and users, solved problems, and improved the overall experience from both sides.

I learned how much good communication, structure, and empathy can change the way people experience a product.

2013 to 2014 — Marketing, Training & Communication

Learning how to communicate, teach, and represent ideas clearly.

At Patsa Industry, I worked as a Marketing & Training Coordinator.

I developed training programs, supported marketing and sales teams, delivered presentations, and helped coordinate internal and external communication.

I also represented the company at industry events and exhibitions, which strengthened my confidence in professional environments and face-to-face communication.

This role helped me understand how important clarity, structure, and presence are when working with people.

2018 to 2026 — Brand, Events & Content Experience

Creating brand experiences through content, events, and live interaction.

At Aybrook & Mason, I work as an International Brand & Event Experience Coordinator.

I manage social media content and create photo/video storytelling that shapes how the brand is seen across digital platforms.

I also help organize product launch events and work with the team to make sure each launch feels well-planned, engaging, and aligned with the brand.

Alongside this, I take part in international exhibitions in countries like Germany, Denmark, Italy, and Sri Lanka, where I present products, create on-site content, and share the experience through social media and blog channels.

2022 to 2024 — Hospitality & Guest Experience (Founder)

Turning hospitality into a personal experience.

I founded House of Roza in Istanbul, and it quickly became more than just a place to stay. It became about people, moments, and how they felt while they were there.

I was personally involved in almost every part of the guest experience: from the first message and reservation, to welcoming guests, being there during their stay, and saying goodbye at the end.

I took care of both sides of the work: the visible part guests experienced, and the behind-the-scenes details like coordinating cleaning, organizing schedules, and making sure everything stayed in order.

What I always cared about most was the feeling people left with. I wanted every guest to feel looked after, comfortable, and at home. The kind of experience that makes them want to come back again.

Little Things I Love

I think happiness usually hides
in small everyday moments.

Plants & Flowers

Our home is basically a small jungle now.

I always say I will stop buying plants… but somehow another flower comes home with me.

Animals

I feed stray cats almost every day around our neighborhood.

I also keep cat and dog food in my car because I know I’ll probably meet a hungry little friend somewhere.

Bike Rides

Bike rides help me clear my mind.

Sometimes my best ideas come while riding near the beach around sunset.

Cooking

Cooking for people I love makes me genuinely happy.

I think food can completely change the feeling of a home.

Sunsets & Quiet Moments

I love slow mornings, beach walks, sunsets, coffee, and peaceful conversations.

Life feels better when we slow down a little.

Curiosity & Travel

Traveling taught me that people are actually very similar everywhere.

Everybody wants kindness. Everybody wants warmth.

The Kind of Work I Love

Today I live in Belek surrounded by all the little everyday moments that make life feel calm and beautiful.

But one thing about me never really changed. I still love meeting people, hearing their stories, being part of lively environments, and creating good memories together.

I naturally feel good in hospitality, events, or any kind of work where I can talk to people, help things go smoothly, and be part of creating a good experience.

With my past work, I've done a mix of guest experience, events, content, and customer-facing roles, so I'm used to handling different situations and adapting quickly.

I like places where people smile at each other, remember names, care about details, and try to make someone's day a little better.

Guest Experience & Hospitality

I enjoy creating experiences where people feel comfortable, welcomed, and taken care of.

From guest communication and reservations to problem-solving and day-to-day coordination, I naturally feel at home in hospitality environments where details, atmosphere, and human connection matter.

Events, Brand & Content Creation

I've worked on international exhibitions, product launches, social media content, photography, and visual storytelling.

I enjoy being part of creative and fast-moving environments where communication, coordination, and real-time interaction all come together.

Communication & People-Oriented Work

I'm someone who adapts quickly, communicates naturally, and enjoys working closely with people from different backgrounds and cultures.

Whether it's guests, customers, teams, or visitors, I genuinely enjoy creating smooth and positive interactions.

Atmosphere, Details & Everyday Beauty

I naturally pay attention to the feeling of a place: lighting, music, flowers, presentation, energy, and all the small details people quietly remember.

I believe beautiful spaces and thoughtful details can completely change how people experience a moment.

I think people carry energy into spaces.
Some people make places stressful.
Some make them peaceful.

I've always loved creating beauty in ordinary days.

I like lives that feel real, soft, and a little imperfect.

Travel Journal

Some places stay with you forever.

Traveling never felt like escaping life to me.

It helped me understand people better.

Different languages,
different food,
different streets,
but somehow people everywhere still respond to kindness, warmth, and connection.

A Quiet Personal Note

Life is not always loud.

I think everybody carries things quietly sometimes.

For me, staying active, working, meeting people, helping others, riding my bike, being near animals, and keeping beautiful routines around me helps a lot.

I've learned that small moments can heal people more than we realize.

And honestly,
being around kind people always makes life feel lighter.

Softness is not weakness.

Say Hello

Maybe our paths cross for a reason.

If you think I'd be a beautiful fit for your team, hotel, café, project, or simply want to say hello, I'd love to hear from you.

I genuinely enjoy meeting kind people and being part of warm environments.
