Some people walk into places.

I try to make places feel warmer.

Hi, I'm Roza.

I live in Belek, Antalya with my husband, one rescued dog and cat, lots of plants, and usually extra cat food in the car.

I enjoy meeting people, making guests feel comfortable, and bringing calm, positive energy wherever I go.

A Small Hello

I've never been very good at talking about myself in a formal way.

I care more about how people feel around me.

I like warm conversations, flowers, cooking for people I love, long bike rides, feeding stray animals, traveling, and making everyday life a little softer and happier.

Most of my life and work somehow became connected to people, hospitality, communication, and care.

Nice to meet you.

My Story

People have always been
the center of my life.

2010 — Technology & People

Work that taught me how much care changes everything.

For almost 10 years, I worked in our tech startup as Chief Happiness Officer.

I organized things, supported people, helped teams communicate better, solved problems, and tried to create an environment where people actually enjoyed being around each other.

I learned that every workplace becomes better when people feel comfortable, appreciated, and understood.

2022 — Hospitality in Istanbul

Hospitality became less about rooms, and more about how guests felt.

Later, I moved into hospitality and managed our short rental apartments in Istanbul for 3 years.

I welcomed guests from different countries, handled reservations, helped during their stay, solved unexpected problems, and tried to make every apartment feel warm and personal.

Some guests stayed only a few days. Some became friends.

Today — Belek, Antalya

These days, life is made of little moments that still feel full.

Today I live in Belek surrounded by plants, animals, sunsets, beach walks, bike rides, and lots of little everyday moments that make life beautiful.

I still enjoy meeting people very much. That part never changed.

And honestly, I think hospitality is less about service and more about energy.

Little Things I Love

I think happiness usually hides
in small everyday moments.

Plants & Flowers

Our home is basically a small jungle now.

I always say I will stop buying plants… but somehow another flower comes home with me.

Animals

I feed stray cats almost every day around our neighborhood.

I also keep cat and dog food in my car because I know I’ll probably meet a hungry little friend somewhere.

Bike Rides

Bike rides help me clear my mind.

Sometimes my best ideas come while riding near the beach around sunset.

Cooking

Cooking for people I love makes me genuinely happy.

I think food can completely change the feeling of a home.

Sunsets & Quiet Moments

I love slow mornings, beach walks, sunsets, coffee, and peaceful conversations.

Life feels better when we slow down a little.

Curiosity & Travel

Traveling taught me that people are actually very similar everywhere.

Everybody wants kindness. Everybody wants warmth.

The Kind of Work I Love

I've always enjoyed people more than positions.

I enjoy environments where people feel welcome.

Hotels,
guest relations,
boutique hospitality,
warm teams,
beautiful spaces,
community-focused places,
and work that feels human.

I don't really enjoy cold environments.

I like places where people smile at each other,
remember names,
care about details,
and try to make someone's day a little better.

Guest Experience

I genuinely enjoy helping guests feel comfortable and relaxed.

Sometimes people don't remember what you said, but they always remember how you made them feel.

Hospitality & Communication

Working with people from different countries taught me that kindness works in every language.

I enjoy communication, problem solving, organization, and creating calm environments.

Boutique & Beautiful Spaces

I naturally pay attention to details:
flowers,
lighting,
music,
clean spaces,
presentation,
and atmosphere.

Small things change how a place feels.

Part-Time Work Around Antalya & Belek

I would love to work with warm and welcoming teams around Antalya and Belek, especially in hospitality, guest relations, boutique hotels, cafés, flower shops, or community-centered places.

My World

The little moments usually mean the most to me.

I think peaceful homes, kind people, animals, music, nature, and small beautiful routines can heal a lot.

I think people carry energy into spaces.
Some people make places stressful.
Some make them peaceful.

I always hope to be the second kind.

Maybe softness is actually a strength.

Travel Journal

Some places stay with you forever.

Traveling never felt like escaping life to me.

It helped me understand people better.

Different languages,
different food,
different streets,
but somehow people everywhere still respond to kindness, warmth, and connection.

A Quiet Personal Note

Life is not always loud.

I think everybody carries things quietly sometimes.

For me, staying active, working, meeting people, helping others, riding my bike, being near animals, and keeping beautiful routines around me helps a lot.

I've learned that small moments can heal people more than we realize.

And honestly,
being around kind people always makes life feel lighter.

Softness is not weakness.

Say Hello

Maybe our paths cross for a reason.

If you think I'd be a beautiful fit for your team, hotel, café, project, or simply want to say hello, I'd love to hear from you.

I genuinely enjoy meeting kind people and being part of warm environments.

Usually somewhere near the beach,
watering plants,
feeding stray cats,
or planning the next bike ride 🌿
